December 17, 2007 -- Arrow Wire & Cable, Inc. (Pomona, CA) has announced the appointment of Dave Sanders, RCDD/LAN/OSP, to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. In the position, Sanders will lead all of the company's sales and marketing operations for all locations in Arizona and California.

According to a press release, Sanders was recently named "Telecommunications Speaker of the Year" as well as the "International and Domestic RCDD Instructor of the Year" in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is known for his motivational speaking tours around the United States, espousing his "Winners make Commitments, Losers make Promises" philosophy. Sanders will continue this industry work, while developing market strategies with the Arrow Wire & Cable team.

Sanders formerly held the position of Director of Sales- U.S. for Leviton Manufacturing.
